Isfahan House

In May 2023, Iranian authorities executed three young men: Saeed Yaghoubi, Majid Kazemi, and Saleh Mirhashemi. After convicting them in connection with the so-called “Isfahan House case”, linked to protests in November 2022. Human Rights groups said the trial was unfair, relying on forced confessions obtained under torture. Their executions sparked outrage inside Iran and internationally, becoming a symbol of the regime’s brutallity.
