Mehdi Zare Ashkzari

This memorial was held on the 40th day of the killing of Mehdi by the Islamic Republic forces. “Mehdi Zare Ashkzari died in Iran after twenty days in a coma following torture. In the past, he had studied Pharmacy in Bologna, where he had also worked in a pizzeria to support his studies.” He went back to Iran two years ago. During the recent revolution in Iran and was arrested, tortured, and died.
